Cheer Zones

One of the new attractions at the Philadelphia Marathon is the CHEER ZONES, action-packed locations, where spectators can experience the full impact of the Marathon atmosphere and root for their favorite runners.

All of the excitement, including entertainment, can be enjoyed from these lively “bird’s eye” and scenic sites from key venues along the beautiful Philadelphia Marathon race course. The designated spectator cheer zones feature unobstructed, transportation accessible, fan-friendly “perches” to catch all of the race activity. They are sure to be crowd-pleasers, allowing fans to express themselves while taking in the Philadelphia Marathon excitement.

Fans can take their Marathon experience to the next level by taking in all of the city’s world-class attractions including culture, cuisine and retail shopping at many of th­ese premier locations.

  • 4th & South (Mile 4.5) Starbucks
  • 10th & Chestnut (Mile 5.5) Starbucks
  • Memorial Hall (Mile 9.5)
  • Philadelphia Museum of Art (Mile 13.5 & Finish)
  • Kelly Drive & Fountain Green Drive (Mile 15 & Mile 23)
  • Main Street & Levering (Mile 20) Starbucks
